 Do you often find it difficult to navigate through the ups and downs that we face in our daily life? If so, join us at 5:45pm following the meal from Connection Cafe’ in the gym. Matt Chandler, from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, will take us on an exciting journey through Psalm 119. Let’s study the words of King David and allow his journey through the many seasons of his life to encourage us.

Cooking with Kathryn

Kathryn’s Meat Loaf

Use 1-1/2 to 2 pounds of ground beef or meat loaf package from your grocery; which is two parts ground beef and one part ground pork.

Beat 2 eggs well, add 1 cup of milk.  Add 1 envelope of Italian salad dressing mix and ¼ teaspoon pepper.

Crumble 2 slices of bread and add to milk mixture to moisten bread.

Add milk mixture and seasonings to the meat.  Use your hands to gently mix until blended well.

Do not over mix.

Bake 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
