Cooking with Kathryn

Kathryn’s Meat Loaf

Use 1-1/2 to 2 pounds of ground beef or meat loaf package from your grocery; which is two parts ground beef and one part ground pork.

Beat 2 eggs well, add 1 cup of milk.  Add 1 envelope of Italian salad dressing mix and ¼ teaspoon pepper.

Crumble 2 slices of bread and add to milk mixture to moisten bread.

Add milk mixture and seasonings to the meat.  Use your hands to gently mix until blended well.

Do not over mix.

Bake 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.

Kathryn has been with us for almost 7 years. God has given her the gift of hospitality- connecting people with food and fellowship. Our pastors feel that some of the greatest moments in church life are around meals.
